White Christmas This Sunday

Help with providing a Christmas food blessing to families in our area! 
Simply look at the list below and bring some items wrapped in white tissue paper this Sunday. A list by ages and classes is below. (If you are not currently in a Sunday School Class, pick anything on the list)

REMINDERS:
• Check food expiration dates.
• Wrap in white tissue paper and label as to the contents.
• Bring Sunday, December 16 by 10 a.m.
• Place on the tables provided in the children’s wing.

July 22nd, Sunday, Load at 8:15am:  Cowee Baptist Church Crossover Lot (will depart at 10am after the Early Worship Service)

ARRIVE CLARKSTON:

July 22, Sunday, 12:30pm - We will worship with Lamp City following VBS setup at 5pm.

DEPART CLARKSTON:

July 27, Friday,  2:00pm

ARRIVE FRANKLIN:

Approximately 5:00pm

• Clothes for Sunday morning service (wear down on Sunday)

HOTEL ETIQUETTE:

1. Remember there are other guests in the hotel.  Be courteous and quiet.
2. When coming in at night, keep talking and laughing to a minimum.
3. No running or horseplay in the hotel.
4. Respect your roommates’ space and privacy.
5. In your room, keep your clothes and items picked up, as much as possible.
6. Do not use or take your roommates’ items without their permission.
7. Put all trash in the trash cans provided in your hotel room.
8. When others in your room are sleeping, talk quietly & keep TV volume low.
9. Children should not be outside their hotel rooms without an adult.
10. When you are not there, do not leave jewelry or valuables in plain site in the hotel room.
11. Do not charge phone calls, food, movies, laundry, etc to your hotel room.

CLOTHING ETIQUETTE:

1. Dress responsibly and comfortably.
2. No tank tops or low cut tops.
3. Pants should be worn at the waistline.
4. Shorts and dresses should be a respectful length.
5. Clothing should be clean, neat and in good order.
6. T-shirts should have positive messages or reflect support for a particular school/team. No T-shirts with negative messages or pictures of inappropriate tv/movie/music stars or characters. No T-shirts with pictures or messages of violence.
7. When in doubt, use your conservative, good sense. Your behavior and dress reflect our shared purpose of serving God.

OTHER THOUGHTS:

1. Be respectful of your team by being where you are supposed to be AND on time!
2. Participate fully by doing everything you can, by asking for help with what you can’t, and by encouraging the team members with whom you are working.
3. Be cheerful with those who serve you in restaurants, work in the hotel, or wait on you in stores.
4. Try to mix and mingle among yourselves and those we are ministering to.
5. Be ready to witness at any moment.
6. Don’t go anywhere alone.  Remember, we are not in Franklin.
